Christmas Travelers Notebook Inserts
The Christmas inserts are amazing and came from the lovely Susie Bray over at Queen Mabel and Doris over on Etsy, as member of her PR team I got to see them before they went on sale. Use code KERRY10 for 10% off and visit the fb group queenmabelanddoris. Below is a video of the stunning inserts and how I will be using them in my Christmas Planner setup.
If viewing from email or a reader click here to view the video.
As you will see from the video there are a variety of notebooks available which you can purchase here (don't forget the code KERRY10).
Firstly there is a weekly/monthly planner for the Christmas months and beyond. This will be my go to planner specifically for Christmas planning and won't have my day to day planning in it, you can see in the video and below how I have decorated some of the pages. The pages and covers are so smooth and you can choose which paper set you would like too - bonus!
Next is the Christmas organiser insert, which features a variety of pages from Christmas films, meal planning, advent calendar countdown, decorations, family traditions, planned days out, Christmas crafts and gifts to buy and received.
The final two consist of a Christmas Budget Planner insert and a December Daily insert which is blank for you to decorate. I do want to keep up to date with a December Daily this year, I only got to day 3 and gave up last Christmas!!!
I can honestly say that I WILL use every single page of these notebooks. I made my own last year, but they were nowhere near as detailed as these, hats off to Susie and Carole for creating them.
So that's my bit of Christmas all planned for nice and early, do check Susie's shop on Etsy (KERRY10) and why not have a go at creating your own travelers notebook from the tutorial I followed. It is so easy, only took me half an hour and that's because I didn't have a large needle. I am hooked and will be making many more for presents and myself to try out other sizes...I mean 6 tn's isn't enough right?
Let me know your thoughts below and Merry Christmas... I mean have a great end of the Summer holidays,
Join me for a Monthly page spread and layout plan with me in my travelers notebook using a Monthly kit from Hazy Days UK. I received the gorgeous kit as part of my PR Team package from the lovely Kelly Bendelow and I absolutely love it, so very pretty with the floral design and perfect for Spring moving into Summer.
The kit features two page of stickers, with a full sized header that will fit an Erin Condren sized planner. I cut mine down to fit the tn as you will see in the video.
There are 31 date stickers, weekday headers and five heart stickers that you can use as bullet points in the sidebar. There are also washi strips and pretty floral patterned boxes to fit the Erin Condren Monthly boxes (again I cut these down in the video to fit the tn and use the cut offs for the other boxes.
I then used these gorgeous date stickers also from Hazy Days to go over the dates that I put boxes on. See the entire process in the video below.
You can see my other Plan With Me's here - Weekly Planning Plan With Me in my Travelers Notebook and here - Plan With Me - January Brimbles Box
I hope that you enjoyed the process, now let me get back to my book, cocktail and the sunlounger. Don't forget to use code KERRY15 for 15% off with no min spend when ordering from Hazy Days UK.

On Saturday 29th July Leanne Bates, Katy Evans and Clare Collins held their first planner meet for the East Midlands, Mansfield and Ashfield area. It was a lovely day at the Acacia Centre in Annesley Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire and great to be able to put names to faces. I have been on planner meets before with some of the UKPA (UK Planner Addicts) ladies, which you can read about here Mansfield Planner Meet.
The above photo is just some of the swap table goodies that people bought in, there was plenty more added to this throughout the day and I got some lovely things. The goody bags for the day were amazing, Clare, Katy and Leanne did an amazing job of putting them together and getting the goodies resourced. Thank you to the amazing UK Etsy sellers that contributed. We also got a chance to browse through some of the shop sellers stalls. Stephanie Kitching had some gorgeous handmade books from her soon to be opened shop Scurry and Peck and Rosie Meer (Sweet P) had an array of lovely washi tape. Clare Collins made some gorgeous crochet mug covers and Jane also had an amazing hand sewn stall selling amazing planner pencil cases and hand sewn goodies, vist her here - Oh Sew Sweet.
The lunch was a lovely buffet and a nice opportunity to chat all things planners. After lunch it was time for the raffle. I bought four tickets and won four prizes, yay. There were some amazing prizes that again sellers and shops donated. I won a stunning micro A7 travelers notebook, handmade in leather from the lovely Kirstyanne Ross, a hand sewn planner pouch and pencil case (sorry I don't know the sellers name), another pencil case by Jane and a Stampin' Up kit of papers from Michelle Mills. It was then time for a few photos and the 'Planner Stack', amazing that there was only 20 of us, but 53 planners!
We then had time for a bit of crafting, planning and flipping through each others planners. I have now decided that I NEED a Foxy Fix after seeing Aletheia's gorgeous planners. I am also in awe of the bujo goddess that is Marianne Williams, her bullet journal is stunning, check out her pages on Instagram here - maz_bujo. I only had a little planning time after chatting, so created the start of a travel journal using pages from Mrs Brimbles Patreon which you can see a sneak peek of below (work in progress).
We all had an amazing day and it went soooo fast. The ladies will be holding another longer meet next year as well as having mini meets in Mansfield throughout the year (in the school holidays). They will soon be getting a Facebook group up, but until then keep updated here - East Midlands Planner Girls. Well done ladies, thoroughly enjoyed it, here's to many more.

So, I'm off on my holidays tomorrow - Sunny Spain for two whole weeks, I can't wait. I have a few scheduled posts on here and You Tube and will still be posting on Instagram, so don't forget about me. I also have my first ever Brimbles Creative Team post tomorrow (it goes live whilst I am on the plane)... scary, but exciting. Take Care,
My Summer Planning:
To help with the planning of my Summer Holidays I decided to create a creative journaling page using the gorgeous ephemera from Shona at Away With Fairies Co, it really is beautiful and far too pretty not to use. I added a couple of journaling cards that I prettied up and a few cute Tiki Summer kit stickers from the kit by Kelly at Hazy Days UK. (You can use code KERRY15 for 15% off too).
My Summer Plans:
So on the to the plans them self.
Over in my Art Journaling group we are also having a couple of journal challenges, so I will be making my junk journal for the social media challenge and will be starting and sending off my first page for the travelling journal circle. You can read about it/join in the challenges from my links here - Travelling Creative Journal Circle and here Art Journaling - June Creations & July/August Sneak Peeks.

It's been 6 months since I last shared a flip through of my Travelers Notebook every day planner (my Uglydori), so I thought it would be a great idea to post another video update as part of the 6 monthly review post for the Planner Girls Collective showing my current setup for June 2017 and my weekly and monthly layouts.
Travelers Notebook Flip Through Video:
Travelers Notebook Setup:
There have been lots of changes since my last share, some new things put in, some things taken out, a whole new collection of inserts, dashboard dividers and updated pages for my weekly and monthly planner pages, layouts and spreads. The dividers, tabs and general set up uses the gorgeous travelers notebook kit from Isabelle The Owl and it is stunning, with the clip from Shona at Away With Fairies Co.
Travelers Notebook Inserts:
I have also added some gorgeous inserts from Susie Bray, a blog planner and a Pr Tracker. Visit the fb group and message Susie to order. Use code KERRY10 for 10% off.
Finally I have added some vellum inserts with my own pixel art work on them, they didn't print very well (printing on vellum is hard without a laser printer), but I still like how they look and like to have some of my own art work in my planner.

A very short blog post today to share my Plan With Me process video of my weekly layout and planner pages. I used the gorgeous Flamingo weekly kit from www.hazydaysuk.etsy.com and it is stunning. Have a look at the process/PWM video below. Use code KERRY15 to grab a kit from Kelly's shop. Video is below or you can visit directly at https://youtu.be/hjUzcuWPo7A
I hope that you enjoyed the video, I finally have got the filming just right, much clearer on my phone than on my HDD video camera. It has been such a boring few weeks for my planner in terms of what I am writing in it, I haven't been out, just work, work and more work :( Oh well just 6 weeks till the summer holidays - yay!
I hope that you can subscribe to my You Tube Channel - just 7 more subs needed to get to 100 and my own name link instead of numbers. Thanks for the amazing support in getting me there.

So how has your weeks planning gone? Busy week? Boring week? Too much work week?
That time of year has arrived... the yearly dreaded weight loss and fitness regime of June and July. I realise that I can't put it off any longer and I have put 4lbs on over the last two weeks, so what better way to motivate myself than through a personalised Fitness Tracker / Journal / Planner. See how I have set up my fitness journal, how I am tracking my Weekly and Monthly goals and have a look at the freebie downloadable printables I have found on the internet.
Firstly I set up my goals and motivational page with my three main targets. I do have weight loss targets as well as exercise, but for me it's always exercise where I see the change. I am finding it much harder to lose weight from dieting now I have reached 40. Next I added some motivational stickers from the lovely Little Rainbow Moon (see link at the bottom of the post).
I then printed some amazing freebie downloads that I saved to Pinterest. I have a Fitness Journal album you can follow here (pinned with all sorts of goodies and some great websites). I now have a page that I add my weight and measurements to in order to try to get my 8 week goal. I find this all gives me the motivation I need to actually see my plans through. If I was just exercising without logging it, I probably would give up after a week.
Next I added my weekly page complete with the exercise completed and a Health Tracker printable from Cute Daisy. So I don't get bored I have added a variety of strength and body weight exercises in a handy list so I can mix things up a little. My plan is to have a go at cardio twice a week and stretches/yoga/body weight exercises daily for a max of ten minutes a day. I did this daily from January to September last year and really toned up. Stickers are from Hazy Days UK and Lilybeaches. Finally I added a yoga tracker and a 2 week up date for my inch and weight loss (all links below). Now all I need is a Fitbit!

Today I thought I would share with you all how I store my planner stickers. I have included a flip through video of my A5 planner sticker folder where I store all my Etsy weekly, monthly, planner kit and shop bought stickers for my planner and journals and will take you through my sticker storage box too and other top storage tips.
Planner Storage Flip Through
The video below shows you how I store my main Etsy Shop stickers and a few online shop bought stickers (from Amazon and AliExpress). If viewing from email please click here to see the full video
Planner Sticker Storage Boxes
As I stated in the video, I also use an A4 sized concertina style box. I use this mainly for my Amazon stickers and for my printables. I set out various categories, such as Holidays, Vintage, Collage sheets, Functional and put all my ready to printables that I have printed in the appropriate section. You my links to free printable planner stickers and how I organise them on my computer here Planning on a Budget: Free Planner Printables my links to free ephemera sites are also a must read/download too - Vintage Art Journal and Planner Ephemera (10 Free Digital Sites).
I'm a member of Teesha Moore's Artstronauts Club as a paid subscriber, so the box is great store my printed collage sheets that Teesha offers on the site.
I also make use of the front and back pockets of my planners and use those as extra storage for the stickers I use on a daily basis (mainly my Reset Girl / Carpe Diem quote stickers). You can buy pocket folders or make them yourself if using a travelers notebook or Midori notebook. A planner pouch/folio like the Webster Pages or a cheaper version on AliExpress is a great way to transport your stickers on the go.
The Carpe Diem box that came with my first real planner is also a great storage box for planner stickers and easy to grab whilst planning at my desk or dining table.
